Cancellation & Refund Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.

Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued for such cancellations.

We recommend reviewing your travel plans carefully before completing your reservation. By proceeding with a booking, guests acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation & Confirmation

All booking requests are subject to review and approval by Micasso Homes. A reservation is confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully completed and confirmation has been issued by Micasso Homes.

Submitting a booking request or receiving approval does not, by itself, constitute a confirmed reservation.

2. Guest Information & Identification

Guests must provide accurate booking information and valid identification as required by applicable law and the property’s check-in procedures. The lead guest is responsible for ensuring that all accompanying guests comply with these terms.

3. No Parties or Events

Parties, events, get-togethers, celebrations and other gatherings are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing by Micasso Homes. Only the guests declared in the reservation may occupy the property, subject to its approved occupancy limit.

Unauthorised visitors or additional overnight guests are not permitted.

4. Illegal Activities & Prohibited Conduct

The property must not be used for any unlawful activity. Illegal substances, unlawful transactions, activities that endanger others, and any conduct prohibited by applicable law are strictly prohibited.

Micasso Homes reserves the right to take appropriate action, including ending a stay and reporting suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities where warranted and permitted by law.

5. Respect for the Property & Neighbours

Guests must respect the property, its furnishings, the building’s rules and the privacy of neighbours. Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, damage to property and activities that disturb other residents are not permitted.

Guests may be held responsible for damage, missing items or additional cleaning required as a result of misuse, subject to applicable law and the booking terms.

6. Occupancy & Property Use

Guests must comply with the property’s stated occupancy limit and use the accommodation only for its intended residential and lodging purpose. Commercial activities, filming, photography sessions or other special uses require prior written permission from Micasso Homes.

7. Compliance & Right to Refuse or Terminate a Stay

Micasso Homes may refuse check-in or terminate a stay where there is a material breach of these terms, a serious safety concern or unlawful conduct, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the case. Any cancellation or refund resulting from such a breach will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking terms and law.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a booking request and proceeding with a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions of Micasso Homes.
